 Damaris Rascon
President, K&D
Damaris Rascon is a 28 year old Colorado Native. with an Associates in business. She is currently a student at MSU working towards a bachelors in Accounting. K&D has three subsidiary companies: Real Estate Development, Auto and Investments. Damaris has been working in the real estate development industry for about 10 years, and previously owned two companies. She loves to play in the peaks of our mountains and stay very active with her two dogs, Max and Bella. She is happily dating the love of her life. Together they both take pride in their community, developing their neighborhoods and keeping Colorado beautiful.
Dr Heath Dr. Heidi Heath
Chiropractor
Dr. Heidi Heath is a Colorado native, raised in Castle Rock. From an early age, she suffered from chronic low back pain. After finding no relief through traditional medicine, she sought out alternative solutions. A combination of regular chiropractic care and acupuncture treatments provided relief to her symptoms. Her extraordinary first-hand experience led Dr. Heath to pursue Chiropractic as her profession.
Dr. Heath is a graduate of Colorado State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Biomedical Science. Her education continued at Logan College of Chiropractic, where she received a second Bachelor of Science in Life Science during the course of her doctoral program. She was awarded the Doctor of Chiropractic designation, graduating magna cum laude and receiving many awards for both academic achievement and clinical excellence.
Dr. Heath has earned additional certifications in acupuncture and nutrition through extensive post-graduate education. She received her acupuncture training from Logan College of Chiropractic and is board certified to practice in the State of Colorado. Dr. Heath has also earned the designation Internal Health Specialist from the Loomis Institute of Enzyme Nutrition.

“People are my passion, and while numbers tell the story of a company’s financial health, it is really the people behind the business that inspire the growth.” When she started The Minerva Group in 2011, they were a small firm with a handful of clients, primarily focusing on bookkeeping and tax preparation. Since that time, her company has grown incrementally, with a large staff and clients in variety of industries.
The mission of The Minerva Group is to work with companies at all levels of their financial health – from ensuring books are in order, to timely and accurate tax preparation and filing, and all the way through the bigger picture of the company’s overall financial well-being.
Lisa works with business owners one-on-one to coach and advise in the many decisions made on a daily basis. It is about understanding how business owners lead, what’s getting in the way, and ultimately using a company’s financial picture to make sound strategic decisions.
